 Security Supervisor $19.22/hour if more than 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours $28.83
Event Personnel $14.56/hour with more than 48 hours notice.  If less than 48 hours $21.00
 Security Officer Vehicle Patrol (Pricing will be discussed upon request)

UNMPD MAY DETERMINE THAT POLICE PERSONNEL ARE NECESSARY FOR YOUR EVENT.  SHOULD UNMPD PERSONNEL BE REQUIRED, THE RATES BELOW WILL APPLY:

After your request has been submitted and approved by UNMPD, and estimate for services will be provided to you. Once you approve the estimate, you must provide a UNM PO# (for UNM Departments) payable to UNM's Contracted Security Company. For non-UNM organizations, payment arrangements must be discussed and approved by UNMPD prior to your event.  

Contracted Security Officers must be scheduled 30 minutes before the event start time, and contracted Security Supervisors must  be schedule one hour before the event start time.

Once we have received and verified funds in your PO, your request event will be forwarded to UNM's contracted security company for confirmation and staffing.
Please allow adequate time to complete this process when planning your event.

ONCE YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM IT WILL BE EMAILED TO LT. LARRY BITSOIH AND A COPY WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU FOR YOUR RECORDS.

The UNMPD reserves the right to adjust your request in the interest of public safety. Police officers are provided at the discretion of the Chief of Police and subject to officer availability. All requests and billing information must be received by UNMPD no later than ten (10) full business days prior to your event. Changes to your request will be accepted to that point. Any changes later than five (5) business days prior to the event may not be honored, or may result in additional charges. Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the beginning of your event to prevent charges. Minimum charges for events are two hours for both police and security services.
